Sloppy Joe’s Notebook

The first installment of aphorisms from Sloppy Joe. Most people value those who know when to speak up. The Finns value those who know when to shut up.

I live hand to mouth. I sometimes use another person’s hand but I always use my own mouth.

I’m not so sure money makes the world go round. But I am sure that the world got around fine before there was money.
