What’s bad?

Being distracted
when your creativity is flowing 

Being forced to talk
When there is nothing to say

Being silenced
While having ideas you want to express 

Very bad: feeling like you've ran out of ideas

Worst of all: Having all the best ideas
and being forced to suppress them by doing something that's meaningless to you.
